PROPERTY MONITORING:
We make regular routine visits and visual
inspections of common areas and grounds to ensure that the association is maintained
to the required standards.
CONTRACTOR OVERSIGHT/BIDS:
We do not have a financial interest
with any service vendors who service your community so we will obtain
competitive bids for services from qualified contractors in order to
save you time and money. We have the resources and the experience to
get things done and ensure work is completed to your satisfaction.
FINANCIAL REPORTING:
Controlling and dispersing funds of a community association
requires substantial knowledge and judgment. Pegasus Property
Management provides excellent accounting and financial services including
preparation of the Association budget, thus saving the association a time
consuming and labor intensive task.
We provide the Board with detailed monthly records of income and expenses, and
we are working to provide your directors access to financial information via our
secure server.
LEADERSHIP FOR BOD:
We provide leadership and advice
to the Board of Directors to assist in finding solutions to various
association problems.
COLLECTIONS:
We will prepare and send billing statements to homeowners, send
notification regarding outstanding balances and coordinate any legal
action with your attorney.
INSURANCE:
We work with highly qualified insurance brokers to
assist in determining your association’s insurance needs.
